Required for British Machine Tool Company:

Logistics Officer/Purchasing Assistant (Chinese Native)

Responsibilities:
• Contact factories for product information
• Negotiate with factories
• Send PO’s to factories and follow up production
• Administrate outstanding orders
• Arrange shipments
• Arranging customs clearing procedures
• Arranging dispatch of spare parts
• Arranging flights




Skills required:

• Purchasing experience
• Profound knowledge of shipping procedures
• People skills (cooperative)
• Good command of written and oral English
• Knowledge of common Office programs
• Knowledge of Photoshop is beneficial
• Native Chinese Speaker
• Diligent
• Flexible
